Mendocino Environmental Center Newsletter, Issue 27 (Spring 1998). Environment and Society Portal. Multimedia Library. http://www.environmentandsociety.org/node/8195.

This issue of Mendocino Environmental Center Newsletter features stories on the fraud surrounding a Habitat Conservation Plan, an update on Mendocino Environmental Center court actions, and the Eel River Diversion Plan.

Last October, Judge Claudia Wilken ruled that the FBI agents and Oakland Police officers directly involved in the 1990 frame-up of Earth First! organizers Judi Bari and Darryl Cherney after they were bombed in Judi’s car, are not immune from civil prosecution and must stand trial on the evidence presented to the Court.
