This contribution examines the literary work Pandaemonium by Humphrey Jennings to show how it served as an inspiration for the 2015–2017 research project “Stories of Change: The Past, Present and Future of Energy.” This project aimed to promote public debate on climate change and inform policymaking in the United Kingdom.
