Nördlich von den beiden „Augen“, die wohl die Eingänge riesiger Höhlen sind, liegt noch eine drittes derartiges Gletschertor in einiger Entfernung von ihnen. Ob der wahrscheinlich hier austretende Elv zum Mörkefjord oder zum Säl-See abfließt, ist unsicher. Wenn wir auch diese Gletschertore nicht besuchen konnten, gingen wir doch ein Stück entlang der Eiskante nach Norden, wo der hier schwächer geneigte Eisrand ganz bis oben hin mit Moränenschutt bedeckt ist. Man sieht hier und dort das blanke Eis zu Tage liegen, es ist nur eine dünne Schutt-Schicht, die darauf liegt; aber der zähe Lehm hält alles so fest, daß man hier bequem hinaufgehen kann.
